Within the Customers panel, you'll find each customer who's made a purchase at your machine, and within their individual profile, view all the transactions performed by them.
There you can also review, approve, or reject any KYC information they've provided as a result of your compliance triggers, and choose to block them if need be.
To view your customers, visit the 'Compliance > Customers' panel. There you'll find a list of the customers currently registered through SMS, their status, and a summary of their transactions.
Blocking or authorizing customers
Clicking on a customer's entry above, you'll see further details, including ID info and past transactions. Here, you also have an option for 'Block customer', so that their phone number can no longer be used at the machine.
Or you may have the option to 'Authorize customer' if the customer was previously blocked by you or a compliance trigger.
⚠️ NOTE: Transactions made by customers who didn't register by SMS will be shown as 'Anonymous'.
Customer's compliance details
At the selected customer's panel, you may click the gavel icon to open up that customer's compliance details. There you can review all KYC information your triggers collected for that customer and Authorize or Reject any specific information they've given.
For example, if their picture (taken with the Front Facing Camera trigger) does not match their ID's picture, you can click the Reject button at the 'Front facing camera' category, and then, on their next transaction, they'll be prompted to take a new picture.
