If your machine is paired to a server you no longer have access to, you may unpair it manually.
With the machine powered on, connect a USB keyboard to a port on the machine's tablet or board, inside the door.
Press Ctrl+Alt+T to bring up a terminal window on the machine.
Run:
sudo su
Then enter the root password (provided by our support team). The password will not appear on the screen as you are typing. (For security reasons, Linux password fields appear blank when entered.)
Select the tab for your machine model below to follow relevant instructions.
Run the following commands individually:
cd /opt/lamassu-machine/data/
rm connection_info.json
supervisorctl restart lamassu-machine
The machine should then return to the 'Pair with remote server' screen.
Close the terminal with Alt + F4, then disconnect the keyboard.
Run the following commands individually:
cd /var/lib/lamassu-machine
rm connection_info.json
restart lamassu-machine
The machine should then return to the 'Pair with remote server' screen.
Close the terminal with Alt + F4, then disconnect the keyboard.
