Transferring your cryptomat

If you're reselling your machine, we'd be glad to put you in touch with any operators in the market for pre-owned machines. We cannot, however, facilitate transactions or act as an escrow agent.

Prior to sending your machine, there are a few important considerations:

Unpairing

For your security and the buyer's convenience, please unpair the machine from your server. If you no longer have access to the server, contact us to do so remotely.

Keys and key card

Include the original red and white SecuritySnobs key card with serial number. This is the only way the new operator will be able to order key replacements. Otherwise, they must purchase new locks at high cost.

Securing the cashbox

The cashbox may become dislodged during shipping, interfering or harming the locking mechanism in the process. To avoid this, remove the validator and tape the cashbox to the metal fixture in the back of the validator before shipping.

Secure packaging

Securely packing the machine is extremely important. Some second-hand machines have experienced severe damage due to improper packing. If you cannot obtain a decent crate and materials, you may order original ones from us.
