Connecting the Santo Tirso to the Trofa

The Santo Tirso is connected to 2014 model Trofas using a USB cable for the data connection between the Trofa's tablet and the Santo Tirso's bill dispenser.

If the Santo Tirso does not have a USB cable, but rather two cables both with Ethernet-type connectors, then you'll need a Trofa-specific data cable. Contact support to arrange a cable swap.

The USB cable is connected to a specific port on the USB hub to the right of the Trofa's vault, depending on whether you're using an Ethernet adapter or relying on Wi-Fi.

If not using an Ethernet adapter

Plug the Santo Tirso's USB cable into the port closest to the front of the machine, on the bottom of the hub.

If using an Ethernet adapter

Plug the Santo Tirso's USB cable into the port closest to the front of the machine, on the bottom of the hub.

Connect a second, non-powered USB hub (obtained separately) to the bottom hub port towards the back of the machine. In this second hub, connect both the camera and the Ethernet adapter.

In the photo example below, the blue cable is that for the Santo Tirso data, with the camera and Ethernet adapter connected to the white, secondary hub (Sabrent brand).
