In case you have a question about your transaction or are experiencing difficulties with a machine, please reach out to the machine's operator, who'll be glad to assist you.

The operator's contact information may be:

• Prominently displayed on the machine itself, on plaques mounted above it, or brochures or other signage nearby.
  
  
• Found on the individual machine's listing on the website CoinATMRadar.com.
  
  
• Available via the owner of the location in which the machine is hosted. (The business in which a machine is located typically is not its operator.)

Please note that our cryptomats are all individually owned and operated, and thus Lamassu has no insight over the transactions made at a machine nor control over its funds. The machine's owner is in full charge of its operation and will undoubtedly be happy to reconcile any transactions you need help with.
