In some instances, machine logs may not upload, or may halt uploading, to the admin's 'Maintenance > Logs' panel.
We are researching these occurrences to patch in an upcoming release.
In the interim, if you notice such behaviour, you may restart the log synchronisation by running a command on your Douro's tablet to clear the existing machine-side logs, which will subsequently allow new logs to upload.
Clearing the local machine logs
Connect a USB keyboard to a port on the top of the Douro's tablet inside the door. Press Ctrl+Alt+T to bring up a terminal window on the machine.
Then enter the root password (provided by our support team). The password will not appear on the screen as you are typing. (For security reasons, Linux password fields appear blank when entered.)
Run the following three commands individually, with spacing and character exactly as shown:
Then, close the terminal with Alt + F4, then disconnect the keyboard, and refresh your admin's Log panel.
