This is a resource for existing operators still on the old generation platform.
If a cash-out transaction does not confirm right away, it could be due to having a low-fee, unconfirmed inputs, or the sent amount being lower than the requested amount.
Should you wish to cancel a transaction to prevent it from becoming redeemable in the future, first export the transaction logs.
Locate the transaction within the exported logs (sort by date, then entries where 'incoming' is 't'), and identity the session_id.
Please then contact our support desk to request that the session_id be cancelled.
